1. Digital Product Policy

  • Once access is granted, the product is considered delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • No refunds will be provided once course access has been granted, due to the digital nature of the product.

3. Duplicate / Failed Payments

  • In case of a duplicate payment or failed transaction where amount is deducted, please contact us.

  • After verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the digital course access is provided.
